Let’s see if I’m strong enough …

to actually complete this challenge!!

As of right this second, I’m starting the NO JUNK FOOD challenge for 21 days. So from today (Nov. 1) through Nov 21, I will not have any of the following:

 

– Chocolate

– Candy

– Cookies

– Cake

– Donut

– Muffins

– Pastries

– White Bread

– Chips

– Fast Food (including WaWa)

– Nutella/PB

– Ice Cream

 

It’s not going to be easy … at all. But, let’s be real … junk food is … junk. And this is a great way to teach yourself discipline.

 

Let’s do this!
